Education invites you to join us for our latest CLE program:
This workers' compensation CLE, sponsored by Appalachian School of Law,
is a legal and statutory update of Virginia workers' compensation laws.
Topics discussed will include current trends relative to Medicare and
mandated set asides, the recent development and implementation of
mediation within the administrative process, and local and national
court trends regarding the determination of compensable injuries and occupational
diseases.
